- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Welcome to the website and services of Hoteli Ilidža d.d. These Terms of Use regulate the use of our services and apply to all reservations, requests, and transactions made through our channels. By making a reservation or using our services, you accept these terms.
- RESERVATION METHODS
You can make reservations through:
- Our website, via email, or registration form.
- By telephone or fax.
- By mail or in person at the hotel reception.
Reservations are valid only after confirmation by the hotel and the advance payment has been made.
- ADVANCE PAYMENT
To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay the full amount in advance or authorize a card for the full amount, as displayed on the checkout page. Payments can be made:
- ONLINE via credit cards.
- OFFLINE via bank transfer.
- In person at the hotel reception.
The advance payment serves as a reservation guarantee and will not be refunded in case of cancellation outside the prescribed period.
- PAYMENT AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
The final settlement is made at the hotel reception before departure. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or other accepted payment methods. Any additional services not included in the initial reservation are paid separately.
Credit Card Payment Security
The confidentiality of your information is protected and ensured using TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission.
This ensures the secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), protected from unauthorized access.
The Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standard as prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa.

- PRICES AND CHANGES
All prices listed on our website and in offers are for informational purposes. The hotel reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price is valid only for confirmed reservations.
All payments will be made in BAM currency. The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained by conversion according to the current exchange rate of the local National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the credit card association’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, slight deviations from the original price listed on our website may occur.
- CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES
Cancellations or changes to reservations are possible exclusively in written form via email or mail. The free cancellation deadline depends on the reservation conditions and will be specified during the reservation confirmation. For cancellations outside the prescribed deadline, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty or retain the advance payment.
- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM.
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon prior agreement and at an additional charge.
- STAY RULES
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay, and the hotel reserves the right to charge for repair costs.
- Pets are not allowed.
- DATA PROTECTION
The hotel is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
- COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
All complaints and claims can be submitted in writing via email: info@hoteliilidza.ba or directly at the hotel reception. The hotel will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
- APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the event of a dispute, the court in Sarajevo shall have jurisdiction.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
Hoteli Ilidža d.d. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply to the use of the website hoteliilidza.ba.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the reservation or purchase process.
The services provided by our website do not include the costs you incur while using computer equipment and services to access our site. Hoteli Ilidža d.d. is not responsible for telephone, internet traffic, or any other costs that may arise.
Although we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee that our services will fully meet your needs or be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it via email at info@hoteliilidza.ba so that we can address it as soon as possible.
